Environmental Requirements
The system adopts a three-phase five-wire power supply method. It is required to ensure a three-phase voltage of 380V ± 5%, a power rating of 12KW, and provide a grounding terminal (≤10Ω). The operating environment for the electrical control cabinet should maintain a temperature between -20ºC and 40ºC, humidity <85%, and be free from harmful gases and electromagnetic interference. Scope of Application This procedure applies to the treatment of sintering exhaust gases with a flow rate not exceeding 50 Nm³/h and an organic compound concentration of approximately 60 mg/m³. Prior to entering the electric purification furnace, the exhaust gas must not contain pollutants such as nitrogen oxides, sulfides, HCl, or other contaminants. This procedure covers the correct operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting methods for the electric purification furnace.
