4. Equipment Installation and Usage Conditions - The equipment must be installed indoors, with an ambient temperature of 0ºC to 40ºC. The indoor environment should be free of flammable gases, corrosive gases, and steam.
- The equipment requires a floor area of no less than 20 square meters, with a working space length of no less than 5 meters, width of no less than 4 meters, and height of no less than 4 meters. The foundation should be sturdy and level, with the furnace weighing approximately 8000kg.
- The power supply for this furnace must be a three-phase five-wire AC power line, 160kVA, 220/380±10%VAC, 50±2%Hz. This power line should be dedicated, and large power conversion equipment such as welding machines, electric furnaces, and metal cutting machines should not be connected to this distribution.
- The equipment must be reliably grounded.
- Environmental conditions: Temperature 0~40ºC, humidity ≤80%RH, no corrosive gases, and no strong airflow disturbances.
- Gas source conditions: Clean, dry, and oil-free compressed air, with an inlet pressure of 0.4~0.8Mpa and consumption of 10~30m³/h; high-purity oxygen (99.6%) with an inlet pressure of 0.2~0.4Mpa and consumption of 10~30m³/h.
