4. Installation and usage conditions for the equipment
1) The device must be installed indoors, in an environment with a temperature range of 0°C to 40°C. The area must be free from flammable gases, corrosive gases, and steam.
2) The equipment must occupy a minimum area of 5 square meters, with a working space that is at least 2.5 meters long and 2 meters wide, and the height should not be lower than 3 meters. The foundation should be solid and flat, and the total weight of the furnace is approximately 850 kg.
3) The power source for this furnace must be a three-phase, five-wire AC power line with a voltage of 380 ± 10% V and a frequency of 50 ± 2% Hz. This power line is dedicated and should not be connected to any large power conversion equipment such as welding machines, electro-mechanical furnaces, or metal cutting machinery.
4) The equipment must be properly grounded to ensure safety.
5) The inlet pressure for the equipment ranges from 0.2 to 0.4 MPa.
